Master Resell Rights License Agreement for Niche Pay Raise™:

1. You are free to sell the Product at any price you decide, but you must SELL the product. (No offering it as a freebie or bonus to another product.) To preserve the value of the product, we highly recommend that you charge AT LEAST $27 for the audio and transcript.

Any less, and you not only cut into your own profit margin, but you also substantially devalue the product for yourself and other resellers. Out of respect for us and your fellow resellers, please price the product according to its value.

2. You may change the website sales letter in any way that you want as long as you do not misrepresent the product, its offer or its authors.

3. You MAY NOT change the course itself in any way, nor may you sell the transcript separately from the audio.  They must be sold together as a package.

4. You MAY authorize other people to sell the product and the resell rights to others, but you cannot charge extra for the rights. (Remember, resell rights are offered to anyone who orders Niche Pay Raise™.) NOTE: You cannot sell the $67 re-branding license to others. If someone wants to brand their version of Niche Pay Raise™, they must buy this license from us.

5. You MUST sell the course BY ITSELF as a stand alone product.  You cannot include it in any other "package" deal.  However, you MAY add bonus items to the course as long as they do not overshadow the main course itself.

6. You MAY NOT sell this product at any online auctions, including, but not limited to, eBay.com. It must be sold from your own website.

7. You MAY NOT market this product in any immoral or unethical manner, including sending UCE - unsolicited commercial email, also known as SPAM.

8. You MUST setup this product for order processing on your own webpage.  Please DO NOT send any of your customers to OUR download location.  Everything must be hosted at your own website and orders processed from there. We do not provide instructions for setting your site up.

9. Any violation of this agreement will be subject to a revoking of this license in which case all monies paid will be forfeited.

This constitutes the entire license agreement.  Any disputes or terms not discussed in this agreement are at the sole discretion of Jimmy D. Brown and Ryan Deiss.
